Chris Carter Media offers professional photography services, including but not limited to sessions, image processing, and delivery of final photographic content.

3. Booking and Payments:

Booking: To secure a photography session, a non-refundable deposit may be required. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.

Payment: We accept payments through Stripe and checks. Payments are processed securely, and your financial information is not stored by us.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellation: The non-refundable deposit will not be returned in case of cancellation. If you need to cancel, please provide 1 week notice.

Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with 1 week notice or based upon weather conditions, subject to availability.

5. Photography Content:

Ownership: Chris Carter Media retains the copyright and ownership of all photographic content.

Usage Rights: Clients receive personal usage rights for the photographs delivered. Commercial usage requires explicit written consent and may be subject to additional fees.6. Client Cooperation:

Clients are expected to cooperate during sessions and follow any instructions provided by the photographer for the best results.

7. Privacy:

We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Liability:

Chris Carter Media is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses during sessions. Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.

Chris Carter Media reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
